This 16″ Roman Gladiator Maximus’s Sword | Handmade D2 Hunting Sword is inspired from the historical drama film “Gladiator”. Maximus Decimus Meridius, the main protagonist in the film, was seen carrying this sword design. Although the sword used in the film was merely a porp. This Maximus’s sword is a real working extremely sharp & strong blade. Ex Gurkha Khukuri House has done much effort to bring this fantasy blade to real life.

16″ Roman Gladiator Maximus’s Sword | Handmade D2 Hunting Sword has a 16-inch durable blade made from high carbon D2 steel. This heavy duty blade is backed up by a 6-inch full tang micarta handle with a lanyard hole. There is also a beautiful western style pure leather sheath to keep the sword when you are not using it.

This sword has a pointed sleek blade that is perfect for slashing & stabbing. It can also be used to chop wood, cut meat, clear bushes, etc. This sword can be used during hunting or as decoration or collection item.

The design of the blade is unique and the quality is outstanding with the blade hardness 58-60 HRC that maintains the sharpness for a long long time.
