EGKH has recently released the 12″ 4 Fullers Traditional Khukuri | Hand Forged Knife | EGKH, which is one of our latest products. Ex Gurkha Khukuri House (EGKH), a renowned name in the world of genuine hand-made khukuri (Kukri), has been in business for more than fifteen years now. We are one of the top khukuri (Kukri) makers worldwide. And also we provide the best price for our Khukuris made in Nepal. This Kukri features “fullers” that reduce the unnecessary weight of the blade and showcase the pure skill and expertise that make it not only a beautiful home decor piece but also one of the best working tools. The “fullers” evenly distribute the impact and pressure when you slam the blade against an object, timber, firewood, cleaning bushes, chopping bones, and more.

The 12″ 4 Fullers Traditional Khukuri | Hand Forged Knife | EGKH  is a lightweight and versatile tool crafted for exceptional performance. This multifunctional tool serves both indoor and outdoor purposes, making it an ideal choice for farmers. This kukri knife is meticulously handmade by skilled Nepalese blacksmiths. These skilled Nepalese blacksmiths use traditional techniques & high-quality materials to forge this khukuri. The blade, measuring 12 inches in length, is meticulously shaped from 5160 high-carbon steel, ensuring robustness and resilience. It features a polished finish that adds an element of elegance. Its blade is heated and cooled in a balanced way to ensure its durability. The blade has an upper spine of 6 mm and a lower spine of 2 mm with a 2.5-inch belly. This khukuri represents one of the finest examples of traditional craftsmanship. The blade’s structure varies in hardness: the spine at 22-25 RC, the belly at 45-46 RC, and the edge at an impressive 58-60 RC.

The handle of the 12″ 4 Fullers Traditional Khukuri | Hand Forged Knife | EGKH is made of rosewood and buffalo bone. It measures 5.5 inches. It provides a secure grip and precise control, with a comfortable handle circumference of 4.5 inches. The total length of the khukuri is 17.5 inches striking a balance between compactness and reach, making it a reliable companion for in indoor and outdoor activities. The guard handle design on this khukuri knife ensures easy handling and precise control, allowing you to tackle various tasks with confidence. You can hold it closer to the guard for better blade control, or closer to the pommel for more power and reach. At the rosewood of the handle, we added a wrist lanyard to enhance safety ensuring the khukuri doesn’t fly away even if you lose hold of it.

The total weight including scabbard, Karda & Chakhmakh is about 1000 gm. You can also customize the Karda and Chakmak to your liking if you want it. You can do so by simply selecting the option. Keeping this kukri knife in good shape is easy but important. After using it, put machine oil, gun oil, or animal fat on the blade to prevent it from rusting. Purchasing this khukuri from EGKH ensures not only a remarkable and reliable knife but also comes with the added benefit of being covered by the EGKH Warranty.
