The 12” Blade 5 fuller Fishtail Khukuri | Farmer Khukri | Handmade Kukri is a well-balanced 5 fuller Farmer Khukuri that features a weighty blade counteracted by its fullers. Crafted entirely by hand, no machine buffing is involved in its creation. The blade is honed and finished using natural high-hill river stone. Suitable for wood chopping, meat cutting, and trekking.
The 12” Blade 5 fuller Fishtail Khukuri | Farmer Khukri | Handmade Kukri is a handmade, high-quality modern version of a kukri knife. Our team of traditional Nepalese blacksmiths, called Kaami, forged it at our factory in Nepal. Nepalese blacksmiths have been using traditional techniques & mostly traditional tools to forge blades for generations. We made this khukuri knife from 5160 High Carbon Steel with a balanced oil temper on the edge. The heavy blade in this 5 fuller Fishtail Khukuri is well-balanced by its fullers. The 12-inch blade is heat-treated with balanced tempering, giving it excellent strength and durability.
The blade has a polished finish with a spine thickness that tapers towards the tip. We made this khukuri knife with a sharp & versatile cutting edge. The 5-inch full tang handle of the knife is made from rosewood, providing a comfortable and secure grip. We gave a unique and modern design at the bottom end of the handle which adds a unique touch to the knife’s aesthetics. The scabbard, made from cottonwood and water buffalo leather, protects the blade while not in use.
